
In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order. Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and occasionally under runs. PromoCentric will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence. The industry standard on most products is ± 5%. For instance, if you order 1,000 t-shirts you could potentially receive between 950 and 1,050 t-shirts. Exceptions to the above are items such as paper and plastic bags, which may vary as much as ± 25%.
You will be charged for the exact quantity of products shipped. If an over run or under run occurs on an order that you have paid for in full with a credit card or corporate account, your card or account will be charged or credited accordingly, after your products are shipped. If an over run or under run occurs on an order that you paid for in full with a check or money order, you will be billed or sent a check for the amount owed after your products are shipped. At PromoCentric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your products, and the service that you receive. If you receive products in unsatisfactory condition we will be happy to review the products and the original order, file a claim with the manufacturer and subsequently replace or refund/discount the cost of any damaged items.
Please keep your products in the original packaging. Do not return products to the return address on the package, as we have multiple facilities that we ship our products from.
Please contact our customer support department at support@promocentric.net or 1-877-PROMO-411 ext. 104 (1-877-776-6641) within two weeks of receiving your products. A customer support representative will help you with the return process and provide you with the correct return address. Please have your order number ready.
All samples are shipped at no charge via the cheapest method assuming they are returned within 30 days. Samples not returned within 30 days will be invoiced. Samples can be returned to the address on the sample order.
Any expedited shipping must be billed to the customer's shipper account number, or will be invoiced.
PromoCentric will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied in most cases. In the case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.
If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer to you. In the case of changes, the setup fees may be different depending on your requirements.
If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.
We use standard UPS ground shipping on most orders shipped in the continental U.S. unless otherwise specified. However, UPS and carrier guidelines restrict us from delivering to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for all shipments. Delivery time for standard UPS ground shipping is 5-7 business days. All shipments require a signature, and all UPS shipments are insured. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice after the order is complete and we have confirmed the total cost for shipping from the factory that your items are shipped from. If any other shipping method is required other than standard UPS ground shipping within the continental U.S., it is the consumer's responsibility to pay additional shipping charges. We will send you notification of all shipping charges after your order has been completed.
There will be additional charges for Saturday deliveries. Saturday deliveries can be made only in the continental US and must meet the UPS Saturday delivery requirements. Saturday deliveries must be shipped UPS Red next day delivery. Products cannot be delivered on holidays.
Next Day and Second Day shipping, as well as all shipping methods apply only to the actual delivery transit time and is in addition to production time. For instance, if you select next day shipping for a 2 day rush order item, you should allow 2 days for the production of your merchandise and one day for shipping. Therefore, you should expect to receive your shipment in 3-4 days, depending on what time you gave final approval of your order.
We have multiple distribution centers throughout the U.S. that we ship products from. If you place an order for multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. As a result, you may receive your products in separate shipments and at different times.
When ordering multiple products you do have the option of choosing different methods of shipping for each item. If you would like different shipping methods for multiple items, please specify when placing your order how you would like each item be shipped. We will notify you of shipping charges for each item after your order has been completed.
If you receive damaged products, we ask that you keep the items in the original packaging and contact our customer support department at support@promocentric.net or 1-877-PROMO-411 ext. 104 (1-877-776-6641) for instructions on how to return the products to us. Do not return the products to the address on the package. As stated previously, we ship merchandise from several distribution centers across the country, none of which handles returns. Customer support will provide you with the correct return address for your products. After we receive the damaged items, we will be happy to either replace them free of charge, or issue a refund for the cost of the actual items damaged. For example, if you receive a shipment of 500 mugs containing 5 broken mugs, we will ship you five new mugs or issue you a refund or credit your account the cost of 5 mugs. The cost of the products received in satisfactory condition are still the responsibility of the consumer.
If you would like to use your own carrier for shipping, you will need to provide the name of the carrier and your account number and we will bill your account for shipping. If you do not specify a third party billing account, the freight charges will be added to the invoice. All shipments require a signature, and all UPS shipments are insured.
Should items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, PromoCentric, Inc. is not responsible for any damages to the shipment. All damaged freight claims must be filed by you with your freight carrier. You may choose to have your products shipped to multiple locations. Please specify in the comments field at the end of the checkout process or via e-mail if a split shipment is necessary, and provide detailed instructions as to which address each product is to be shipped to. A $5.00 to $8.00 fee will be charged per additional shipping location. Any orders shipped outside the continental US will be shipped UPS Second Day PM, unless Next Day Air is specified in the shipping options. Please contact us with any questions about other possible shipping methods. We cannot guarantee that products shipped internationally will be delivered on a specific day or time. PromoCentric, Inc. will adhere to all national and international restrictions on importing and exporting goods. We are unable to ship some products to certain nations. All international freight costs are quoted in US dollars.
We offer several easy ways to pay for your merchandise; PromoCentric accepts the following methods of payment: credit cards, a PromoCentric line of credit or cash in advance.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We will not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.

PromoCentric will extend credit to approved customers. A credit check will be performed based upon information submitted with your order credit application, and an appropriate line of credit will be established. We will notify you when your account is approved, generally within one (1) business day from when you submitted your order. In the event that you do not meet our minimum credit requirements, there are other options available to you. Your Sales or Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss those options.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days when established - all payments are due 30 days from the date of invoice. You will be invoiced when the last item on your order is shipped.
If you have an existing account, there are conditions under which your account may be placed on credit hold:
Applicant authorizes PromoCentric to investigate its credit history and understands that PromoCentric may also utilize other sources of credit that it considers necessary. Such information will be held in strictest confidence. Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold PromoCentric or any other person harmless from all liability, damage, or expense arising from or relating to any and all credit investigation. Applicant allows that the findings of this investigation may not necessarily result in an approved line of credit, and may result in deposit, prepayment, or further security demand, or even termination, regardless of activity status.
Buyer agrees to pay Seller any sales tax or other taxes imposed on the sale of goods or provide Seller with acceptable tax exemption certificate. Additional freight charges billed us due to audits per ICC regulations will be billed to you promptly.
In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $50.00 fee.
A 1.5% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. The Buyer agrees to pay all the company's reasonable attorney's fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed thereunder and not paid when due.
Seller is not to be accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which Seller has no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Seller be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.
Seller warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made to Seller by the manufacturer of the goods. Seller makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
In those instances where the Buyer is specifying a specific carrier and the freight is not being added to the invoice, all goods become your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.
The failure of Seller to insist upon the performance of any of the terms or conditions of this contract or to exercise any right thereunder shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such terms, conditions or rights in the future, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any other term, condition, or right under this contract.
No terms and conditions other than those stated herein, and no agreement or understanding, in any way purporting to modify these terms and conditions, shall be binding on Seller without the Seller's written consent.
The invoice is a conditional acceptance by the Seller of the Buyer's offer to purchase Seller's goods. It may contain terms, which differ from or add to those contained in the Buyer's purchase order, and to the extent that this is the case, the seller hereby expressly conditions its acceptance of the Buyer's offer on the Buyer's assent to the additional or different terms. The Buyer's receipt and retention of the goods covered by this invoice shall constitute acceptance of any such additional or different terms. The Buyer and Seller agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made and is to be construed to our State Law.
By submitting a purchase order to PromoCentric you agree to all the terms and conditions as set forth by our terms and conditions.
For those customers who do not wish to or cannot establish a PromoCentric account or use a credit card, we will require payment prior to manufacturing your order.

For most accurate product sample and finished product results, please send artwork saved in Adobe Illustrator .eps or .ai file formats. True vector Illustrator files are designs created in the program, not imported. Bitmap (.bmp, .jpg, .tif, raster art) files may also be used, but art charges may occur depending on the quality, complexity and number of colors. We will accept artwork in almost any other format; however it may have to be recreated by our art staff in a format that is acceptable for printing. There is no charge for recreating simple logos or artwork, up to one hour. For recreating more complex artwork, or for modifications that take longer than one hour, there will be a $50.00 charge per hour after the first hour.

PromoCentric inspects all artwork submitted to make certain that it meets the specific requirements for applying your design to the products you selected. If minor modifications are required, we will make these free of charge with your permission.
For significant modifications that exceed 1 hour, we provide art services at $50.00 per hour after the first hour.
